What time can we play?
Courts operate from 6 AM until 2 AM the following day. After-midnight sessions show the actual calendar date during booking.
How much is a court?
Court 1 is ₱200/hour before 5 PM and ₱250/hour from 5 PM. Courts 2 and 3 are ₱250/hour before 5 PM and ₱280/hour from 5 PM. Your total reflects each applicable hour.
When is my booking confirmed?
The booking moves to Confirmed after staff verify payment. Submitting a request first shows Pending verification. This prototype uses sample bookings and does not process payments.
How are my booking details used?
EBoss uses your name, email, session and payment proof to manage your booking and review payment. Keep your booking ID and email private. Receipt images are available to authorized staff and removed after the 90-day receipt-image retention period; booking and payment records remain. Encrypted backups may retain eligible receipt copies until their retention cleanup runs. Contact EBoss using the numbers below for questions or corrections.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
The existing policy states that bookings are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable except for force majeure. Contact the venue for assistance with an exceptional change request.
